The hiking path at the Torvsjö Brookmills offers an easily accessible hike in an area where nature and culture meet and create a unique experience. In connection to the hike, the visitor can take the opportunity to visit the unique mill-construction and the mill-brook that has given name to the area. The hiking path is easy to walk and therefore suites the family on a day trip as well as the experienced hiker, who seeks a special nature experience.
The hiking path runs from the Forest Museum through the forest, parallel to the mill-brook. When the hike is finished, the visitor can walk back along the mill-brook and explore the water-driven constructions. In 1972 Torvsjö Brookmills were declared historic buildings and are considered to be a cultural environment of national interest.
