Rooms to rent

The Bygdegård has four separate bedrooms to rent out. Every room has a bunk bed with pillows and duvets for two people. The bedding must be brought by the guests. The Bygdegård include a shower, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the immediate proximity to the bedrooms there are sofas and a tv.

The village association has placed a grilling goahti and a small hut that is used to smoke fish next to the Bygdegård. The grilling goathi is open for members of the village association and for guests at the Bygdegård.

Fishing

The fishing area of Tegelträsk is located about 45 kilometers southwest of Åsele. It includes the lakes Tegelträsket, Tegelträskbäcken, Långtjärn, Holmsjön, Holmsjötjärn and a few other tarns. The area is easy to access with its roads and trails that have been marked with signs. There are parking lots, wind sheds and boats to rent at many of the lakes.

In Tegelträsket one can fish for brown trout and perch. Holmsjön is best known for its excellent winter fishing. There, one can hope to catch some brown trout or char.
